Phuoc An Assembly Hall sits on an area of nearly 1,000 m², with the main structure arranged along a vertical axis — the main hall to the north, the front hall to the south, and the central hall in between. On both sides are the East and West wings. Although built later and smaller in scale compared to other assembly halls in the Cho Lon area, Phuoc An stands out for its intricate architecture and exquisite craftsmanship. The decorative carvings, murals, and sacred objects are all meticulously created with fine lines and gilded lacquer in vibrant colors.
